Office/Sales Coordinator | Full-time | Mount Wellington
We are looking for a dynamic, solutions-focused operations coordinator to support our expanding NZ-owned business.
Based in Mount Wellington and supporting an experienced team of eyewear and magnification professionals, this full-time operational role is ideal for an organised sales support and customer service specialist who is ready to take on more responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales and customers coordination
- Order despatch
- Returns
- Re-orders management
- Day-to-day office duties
- Customers and suppliers support
- Stock update
- Warehouse coordination
- Warrantee maintenance
Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:30am-5:00pm
Your profile:
- 2-5 years in customer service, sales or office management preferrable
- Enthusiasm and understanding of the optical trade
- Focused, organised, proactive and good communicator
- Driven and passionate about quality services and products
- Keen to learn and ready to take initiatives
